Today we were at Greenfields Community Primary School delivering 20 minute tasters of our Jump into Gymnastics sessions to 220 local primary school children from 22 schools. We also provided the 2 teams who listened well and tried the hardest with free family swim vouchers for Maidstone Leisure Centre.
We have transformed ‘Meeting Room 1’ at Maidstone Leisure Centre to ‘The Paul Alcock Suite’ in memory of our late chairman. The transformation began with our trustees repainted the room before we put up pictures to show the impact of the funding which MLT has provided to the local community over the years.
Working in partnership is a major consideration between the Maidstone Leisure Trust and Serco Leisure. Along with their roles as Trustees, Clive Bradburn and Norman Springett are also volunteers for ShelterBox.
